Melted Witch Cupcakes

Made with marshmallow buttercream frosting and green white chocolate ganache. Sure to be a hit at your halloween party! This would be such a hit with kids (and adults) at Halloween!

I sent them to my husband’s work, and all his co-workers gave them FIVE STARS. They would be perfect for your next Halloween party!

Ingredients

Cupcakes:

• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Frosting:

• 2 cups butter, softened
• 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 (7 oz) jars marshmallow creme

Green Ganache:

• 8 oz white baking chocolate
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• green food coloring

Witch legs:

• 12 striped paper straws, cut in half
• witch boots (black cardstock, cut into the shape of a witch "boot")
