Crock Pot Cinnamon Apples

I was looking for something easy, that could be done in my slow cooker, and had a LOT of cinnamon in it. This totally fit the bill so I gave it a try and wow am I every glad I did!! Served it last night for dessert with a bunch of sides (oats, walnuts, raisins, and ice cream) for folks to make of this what they wanted, and it all vanished. Super yummy and a definite keeper.

Great recipe! I switched out the unsalted butter for a healthier olive oil butter with very little sea salt, the sugar I changed to 1 1/2 to 2 cups organic coconut palm sugar. Still amazing and healthier now
